Privacy Policy
This policy covers the iPhone game Bitcoin Mining : Crypto Tycoon (“the App”) and this website. The App is a fictional idle simulation. It does not mine real cryptocurrency, connect to a blockchain, hold wallets, or pay out money.
Use this page as the Privacy Policy URL for the App Store listing. The same summary is available inside the App.
1. Who we are
The developer of Bitcoin Mining : Crypto Tycoon can be reached at support@hashcrypto.app. Please do not send passwords, seed phrases, or wallet recovery information. The App never uses them.
2. Information the App uses
The App does not ask you to create an account. It does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, advertising identifier, or payment card.
| Data | Where it lives | Linked to you | Used to track you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Game progress: virtual balance, equipped cards, coolers, missions, level, and settings such as sound and haptics | On your device only | No | No |
| Purchase identifiers and receipts for optional one-time unlocks | Apple, and RevenueCat as the purchase-status service | To your Apple ID for billing and restore | No |
| Support message, if you email us or use the form on this site | Our inbox and, for the form, Netlify | Yes, to the address you give | No |
Apple processes payment through your Apple ID. We never see your card number. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising. The App does not use App Tracking Transparency because it does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
3. How we use information
Device-local saves keep your simulation between sessions. Purchase data is used only to unlock items you bought, restore them on a device signed into the same Apple ID, and reduce fraud. Support messages are used to answer you.
4. Third-party services
The App relies on these processors for the features named:
- Apple — App Store distribution, StoreKit purchases, receipts, and refunds.
- RevenueCat — reads purchase status so the App can restore Customization and extra cards. RevenueCat’s privacy policy applies to the purchase data it handles.
- Apple system features — audio, haptics, and keeping the screen awake while a session is open, only if you leave those settings on.
The App does not include an advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or social login.
5. Virtual items
vBTC, hash rate, cards, and coolers are simulated game content. They have no cash, commodity, or cryptocurrency value and cannot be withdrawn, traded for money, or transferred out of the App.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child used a shared Apple ID to make a purchase, contact us and use Apple’s purchase and Screen Time controls.
7. Data retention
Game saves remain on your device until you delete the App or remove its data. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat for restore, tax, and fraud-prevention duties. Support email is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request, then deleted or archived with ordinary mail retention.
8. Your choices
- Mute audio, disable haptics, and turn off keep-awake in Settings.
- Restore purchases from Settings while signed into the same Apple ID.
- Request an App Store refund in your Apple ID purchase history or through Apple Support. We cannot refund Apple charges ourselves.
- Delete the App to remove local simulation data from that device.
- Email us to ask what support correspondence we hold, or to ask us to delete it.
9. This website
The site is a static page hosted on Netlify. It does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or an account. Netlify may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, to operate and protect the host. Those logs are not used to build an advertising profile.
If you submit the support form, we receive the name, email, topic, and message you type. The form is marked for Netlify Forms. Do not include secrets in that message.
10. International visitors
Apple, RevenueCat, and Netlify may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on contractual necessity for purchase restore, legitimate interests for site security and answering support, and your request when you email us. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of support correspondence we hold, and you may lodge a complaint with your local authority.
If the CCPA/CPRA applies, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we do not use sensitive personal information for advertising.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes will also be reflected in the in-app policy.
