Bitcoin Mining : Crypto Tycoon is a simulated idle game. We do not operate wallets, pools, exchanges, or Bitcoin payouts. For an App Store charge, Apple Support can refund or look up the receipt.

Common questions
No. Hash rate, watts, temperatures, and vBTC are fictional game systems. The iPhone does not mine a blockchain, and the balance cannot be withdrawn.
No. A session is a timer and a score inside the open app. There is no background cryptocurrency miner and no cloud hashpower.
No. vBTC has no cash or cryptocurrency value. It cannot be sent to a wallet, sold, or converted. We cannot recover Bitcoin because the game never holds any.
Open the App, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Stay signed into the Apple ID that bought the item. Restoration returns owned unlocks. It does not rebuild vBTC that lived only on the old device.
Apple bills the purchase, so Apple handles the refund. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History, or use reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds from this website.
Simulation data is stored on the device. Deleting the App removes that local save. Restore Purchases can return one-time unlocks tied to the Apple ID. It will not recreate a local vBTC balance from our servers, because we do not keep one.
No Crypto Tycoon account. Purchases use your Apple ID. We do not ask for a wallet address, seed phrase, or password.
The game is not directed at children under 13. It is entertainment, not an investment product. Parents can limit purchases with Screen Time and Ask to Buy.
No. Digital unlocks are sold only inside the iOS app with Apple In-App Purchase. This site has no checkout and no alternate price.
